About the chef

Biju was born in Madurai and has travelled eating and working from the Northern cities of Mumbai, Lucknow and Patna to the Southern Madras and Bangalore. In the first half of his career he worked for Hilton in Singapore and Malaysia. From here his travels took him to Dubai working for Le Royal Meriden and expanding his knowledge of Middle eastern cooking. Travelled to United kingdom and worked in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurant for more than 25 years, brightening his knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.

 

His cooking style combines Asian flavours with Middle eastern delights and classic French and Mediterranean cuisine.

Our Ingredients

We source only top-quality produce from our trusted local supplier in order to support our local farmers & butchers based on its origin.

Pasta and Wine
Yak &Yum team brings with them a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering the ultimate dining experience.

As bespoke as you need it...

We also offer our clients a Private Personnel Chef experience: cooking and delivering restaurant-quality meals in your house or for events celebrating with your friends & family.

We are here to guide our clients through menu selection & choice which can be a daunting task. We take care and pride in our service to ensure customer choice is listened to and make sure they have a wonderful experience and their events for them to remember.
